Q: This weekend conflicts with Marching Band/Sports activities.
A: We arranged the weekend in response to student's and parent's requests to do something "special" again like the Baltimore trip. Hence we believe that the majority of CCYO students will make this "once-a-year event" a priority. Most marching band activities are done by Saturday afternoon, so those students would be able to participate in all of the weekend except for part of Saturday afternoon.

Q: Is the weekend mandatory?
A: The rehearsal weekend is not mandatory. However we strongly recommend that all students attend.

Q: My child wants to attend church on Sunday morning.
A: Since Camp Innabah is not too far away, it might be a solution to pick up your kid on Sunday morning so that he/she can attend at least the Saturday rehearsals and the Social Event.

Q: I would like to serve as chaperone.
A: Please contact Christine Kimmel via email (kimmelc@pepperlaw.com). We will select chaperones sometimes in early summer.
